“One of the best built buildings on the island. All cement construction means it is very quiet and energy-efficient. Fantastic 100-foot lap pool, health club and breathtaking sunrise and sunset views. Each unit has two assigned parking spots plus there is guest parking out front and plenty of parking along the Seawall. There is ocean swimming directly across from the condo but only at low tide. But then you have your own private beach. I've stayed at dozens of properties on the island and this is by far my favorite. Away from the craziness of the 61st and Seawall intersection but not too far from city conveniences.”
